The following 2 weeks produced lower numbers of fish as the temperatures soared into the 30�s and the fishing slowed as a consequence.17 to 24 July and 5 anglers managed 10 fish with Mark Errington doing the best with 4 fish including a couple of forties to 43lbs.

24 to 31 July and Pete Wilson of Ultima tackle visited with son Jack and wife Jane, who fished for a couple of days. Paul Dyer and Graham Palmer made up the rest of the group. 22 fish were landed with 2 sixties (the same fish coming out twice to Paul), 3 forties and the rest mostly thirties.

Paul took 9 fish from swim 1 with the sixty which was a pb along with a pb common of 47lbs.

Young Jack had 5 fish from swim 11 including a couple of forties at 41 and 41.14lbs.

Graham banked 5 fish from swim 9 with 3 over thirty to 38.4lbs.

Pete and Jane fished around various areas of the lake to take fish of 37.6, 37 and 28.12lbs.

Mainline cell, Richworth XLR8 and various pellets scoring.
